1. Where it was shipped from?

    We usually ship from China.

 

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

    Orders will be processed within 2 day of ordering and be shipped in 48 hours after the processing day.

    Shipping time: 5-7 days

    Processing Time: 1-2 days

    Note: During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

 

3. What express delivery is usually used?

    Yunexpress, SunYou, Yanwen , 4PX

 

4. About cancel your order

    You can cancel your order, we accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is canceled by that time, you will get a full refund. But If the product has already been shipped out, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel the order. Thank you for your understand!

    Note: You will be notified by email once the order has been sent. So it is can not to cancel the order after the goods have been shipped. If you insist that you do not want your package, you can contact us to return it after you receive it. Thank you for your understand! 

 

5.What should I do if the delivery is delayed/ what if my package is lost?

    Our parcels are delivered by logistics companies, which can track the logistics status in real time, but if the delay/loss is caused by irresistible reasons, we are also deeply sorry, we can do the following:

    In case you receive delivery notification of the shipment(s) via your email without finding or receiving the order(s), please try:

  • Looking around the shipping address (if you live at a residence)
  • Checking again with the receptionist at the reception area (if you live in an apartment)
  • Autonomous reserves the right to deny assistance or responsibility for all the lost claims, which are reported to us after 30 days from the delivery date, or because customer provides the incorrect/incomplete shipping address.

    Some carrier’s delivery notification may be sent out 24 hours before its actual arrival. If you still can’t find your package(s), please report the case immediately to us so that our Customer Service Department can assist you in filing the claim and sending you a new replacement package(s).
